Safety is non-negotiable at CHEFIN. Every chef is identity-verified and background-checked, so you can feel confident welcoming them into your home.
Every chef is rigorously screened and trained to strict food safety standards—many hold US-recognised certifications (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent). We also use clear kitchen-ready guidelines (clean bench space, designated fridge shelves, safe workflow) to minimise risk and keep your home running smoothly during service.
For payment protection, we secure your payment until after the event is delivered as agreed, giving you confidence from booking to clean-up. CHEFIN also provides $20M general liability coverage to protect everyone involved in the unlikely event something goes wrong.
Privacy matters too. We operate under Chatham House Rules to support discretion for hosts and guests. If you have any specific safety, hygiene, or privacy requirements, tell us—our concierge team will help accommodate them, and we can provide supporting information on request.
