Robert holds membership in the esteemed American Culinary Federation, boasting over 14 years of dedicated involvement in the culinary and pastry domains. His journey has seen him collaborate with accomplished culinary mentors within Houston’s prestigious establishments. Noteworthy among them are Certified Master Chef Fritz Gitschner and Alex Darvishi at the Houston Country Club – a locale frequented by the Bush family and distinguished international figures. Through diligent participation in various American Culinary Federation mandated contests, Robert’s skill and commitment have shone, culminating in a coveted gold medal at the national culinary/pastry championships in July 2008, alongside numerous other accolades in different arenas.

Hailing from a rich Hispanic heritage, Robert’s culinary curiosity led him to the grand stage of the Culinary Olympics (IKA) in 2008. His adventurous spirit has steered him across the globe, from France and Italy to Switzerland, China, and Australia. Reflecting on his journey, he shares, “The culinary industry is a realm brimming with insights into cultures and cuisines. My passion fuels a continuous quest for knowledge, allowing me to evolve as a seasoned professional daily.”
