- Please finalize your reservation by paying in full. If you’re paying via bank transfer or card payment, be sure to include your order number as the payment reference.
- After payment is received, CHEFIN will email you a booking confirmation along with a calendar invitation. This email will also include a form where you can share your event details, preferences, and dietary requirements.
- Once the form is completed and returned, we’ll match you with a Private Chef when your event date is less than 3 weeks away, ensuring the best fit based on your needs and location.
- Your assigned chef will design a custom menu tailored to your tastes, dietary needs, and the style of your event.
- You’ll have the opportunity to review the menu, share feedback, and request adjustments before everything is finalized.
How Does the Holiday Feast Experience Work?

Full-Service: Your Private Chef comes to your home or venue, prepares everything fresh onsite, serves the meal, and handles all cleanup.

Drop-Off: Your chef prepares the full holiday menu offsite and delivers it ready to heat, plate, and enjoy — no onsite service required.
Both options include premium ingredients and a customized menu.
Can I customize the menu?
Absolutely. Your Personal Chef will tailor the menu to your preferences, family traditions, and dietary needs — regardless of whether you choose Full-Service or Drop-Off.
What’s included in the package?

How long does the experience last?

Full-Service: Most Christmas events run 3–4 hours, depending on the number of guests and courses.

Drop-Off: Timing is flexible — dishes are delivered ready to heat, plate, and enjoy at your convenience.
Do I need a fully equipped kitchen?

Full-Service: A standard kitchen setup is ideal; your chef will bring any specialty tools needed.

Can I book a Private Chef for a corporate holiday party?
Yes! Both Full-Service and Drop-Off work well for corporate gatherings, depending on the style and service level you prefer.
Are drinks included?
Drinks are not included by default. However, we can arrange wine pairings, cocktail service, or BYO support upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during the holiday season. We also accept last-minute reservations, depending on chef availability.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?
We serve everything from intimate dinners for 2 to large holiday gatherings of 100+ guests. Service level and menu style will be adjusted accordingly.
Can I request a specific chef?
Yes. You may browse our Private Chef profiles and request a chef whose style matches your vision. If your preferred chef is unavailable, we’ll suggest close matches from our vetted network.

No holiday table is complete without the classics — and your Private Chef will make sure every dish shines. Expect golden roast turkey with herb butter, glazed ham with maple and mustard, and buttery mashed potatoes whipped to perfection. Seasonal favorites like roasted Brussels sprouts, cranberry-orange relish, and truffle mac and cheese can also make an appearance.
