Chef Jonathan Barone discovered his passion for cooking at the age of seven, learning from his Sicilian grandmother, who emphasized the art of scratch-made meals. By 15, he was working in restaurants, and his talent quickly gained recognition. At 24, he was awarded Pastry Chef of the Year by the Southern California Restaurant Writers Association. Shortly after, he opened his first restaurant, which thrived until the pandemic led him to explore new avenues.

During the pandemic, Jonathan served as an executive chef at a high-end retirement home, later returning to the restaurant world at a Portland trattoria. By 2023, he transitioned to private dining, offering tailored experiences as a Personal Chef in Los Angeles, California. His expertise spans Cuisine Italian, Cuisine Modern American, and Cuisine Japanese, with a focus on quality ingredients and personalized menus.
