- 3 tomatoes
- 1 yellow capsicums
- 2kg of raw shrimp with shells
- 1 lemon
- 2 bunch of chives
- 2 avocados
- 20g Wasabi paste
- 100ml Olive Oil
- 2 jalapenos
- 1 lime
- 500ml cooking oil
- 1 pack dumpling wrappers
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander/cilantro
- 1 red thai chilli
- 1 brown onion
- 1 bottarga (grey mullet salted & cured fish roe pouch)
