Bio

With over 15 years in the industry, Chef Leslie Simons has made a lasting impact as a Personal Chef in Chicago. She launched her first catering business, “An Intimate Affair,” in 2006, setting the stage for a career filled with innovation and hospitality. Determined to learn every facet of food service, she accepted temp assignments that helped her master volume, technique, and custom menu development.

In 2010, Chef Leslie joined DePaul University’s catering team and quickly rose through the ranks. She later became Executive Chef at UIC in 2014, then returned to DePaul in 2015 in the same role. Her leadership in high-volume environments solidified her reputation as a trusted Personal Chef in Chicago.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Leslie has made a name for herself as a food stylist and photographer. She worked with Kodak on over 150 restaurant shoots, bringing a sharp visual eye to her culinary presentations. She’s authored two cookbooks and loves nothing more than transforming classic dishes into works of art.

As a Private Chef in Chicago, Leslie combines creativity with professionalism. Whether she’s preparing a meal for four or four hundred, she delivers with flair, flavor, and finesse.
