With over 15 years in the industry, Chef Leslie Simons has made a lasting impact as a Personal Chef in Chicago. In 2010, Chef Leslie joined DePaul University’s catering team and quickly rose through the ranks. She later became Executive Chef at UIC in 2014, then returned to DePaul in 2015 in the same role. Beyond the kitchen, Chef Leslie has made a name for herself as a food stylist and photographer. She worked with Kodak on over 150 restaurant shoots, bringing a sharp visual eye to her culinary presentations.
