Born in Tropea in 1979, Chef Amerigo Capria began his culinary journey at 16, working in holiday resorts across Calabria. After graduating, he expanded his horizons across Italy and abroad—Sardinia, Elba, the U.S., England, and France—where he refined his skills and deepened his knowledge of global cuisines.

Chef Amerigo’s career includes tenures with acclaimed establishments such as Enoteca Pinchiorri, La Tenda Rossa, and Nobu Armani. These experiences shaped his signature style: refined, elegant, and rooted in quality.
